A Note on Pricing: To increase access and equity around my offerings, I offer a sliding scale on most programs. Standard Price is the set cost. Community Supported pricing is for those facing financial or other hardships. Sponsor pricing is for those who would like to receive the benefit of coaching and pay it forward through community support. There is no application for the different amounts—simply let me know what works for you.

How Does It Work? (FAQs)
How long is a coaching program?
I offer three different programs:
* 3 month (6 session) – laser-focused biweekly sessions (every two weeks) focused on accomplishing one to three targeted goals
* 6 month (9 session) – exploratory triweekly sessions (every three weeks) focused on deeper discovery and understanding of yourself and wants
* 12 month (12 session) – monthly maintenance sessions that allow you to continue building on the successes made in an earlier program
How long are the coaching sessions?
Coaching sessions are typically 45 minutes long.
I also offer 20-minute micro sessions for clients with restricted time or with a very specific session focus.
What do I need to do to get ready for coaching?
Absolutely nothing! Except schedule our free intro chat.
No prework necessary.
Will coaching programs include homework?
Learning does usually require practice. So, yes, you may occassionally assign yourself action steps, or I may suggest an experiment for you to try. Having said that, this isn’t school: No one is grading you. No one is marking assignments for completion. This is your show and you get to run it. You get to decide if and when you take after-session actions. The purpose is solely for you to try out and implement methods, tools, and techniques that work for you!
How do I get the most out of coaching?
Everyone is different. So, this varies from one person to another. However, these are a few things I’ve noticed that are generally helpful:
- Come with an open mind. Coaching is a new experience for most people. Embrace the difference without judgement. I promise you that even though it may feel strange at first, it starts to feel really good quickly!
- Give yourself the gift of being present. Our modern lifestyle values busy-ness and multitasking. This is one time you will want to turn off your phone, all notifications, browser windows, and chat apps so that you can focus solely on yourself.
- Embrace experimentation. You are probably coming to coaching to learn how to deal with different things in your life more effectively. That will require some trial-and-error and a good deal of practice. Allow yourself to be open to the lessons of failure as well as success.
